Whoa. September is here. I am looking forward to catching my breath as we have had one crazy and fun summer! August started out with a fun Pirate-themed Birthday bash for JJ. Can't believe he is three. We had a great turn out and JJ was pure excitement. He kept asking to make sure the party wasn't over. Here is Jer with his parents just getting things set up.
Here is the Jump House that was a gift from Grandma and Grandpa Tomsick. The kids LOVED it!
Here is JJ trying out one of his gifts (don't worry, I since have purchased a helmet.. and ooo does he look smashing in it! get it, smashing?? lol.. hahahah)We have enjoyed playing outside and Brody hammed it up for the cameras.
He is getting so big!
Check out these darling cupcakes made by Aunt Kim. They were perfection in appearance and flavor. Shortly after JJ's party we headed up to My uncle's cabin on Cascade Lake in Idaho. I went there several times as a child, and it was so fun to bring my family there to create some new memories. Uncle Lucas led the kiddies in a Nature walk.. JJ was not that into it until he found out there were wild black raspberries to eat along the way. I had a hard time getting him away from that bush!
