Just some Halloween Fun..

Not gonna lie, posting these pictures almost makes me feel like a poser since the night we chose to finally venture to the pumpkin patch was so FREEZING that we didn't do much but snap these photos. (Honestly, we didn't even buy pumpkins. We are wusses).

JJ kept talking about the "witches" at Gardner Village so after our ten minute pumpkin patch experience, we decided to head over to West Jordan to check them out again. He had been with Grandma a couple of weeks ago.. and has been saying that it is just "some Halloween fun, not scary," ever since. This must have been what Grandma explained to him on their first excursion. It was more pleasant with the trees and the buildings to help block the wind, and we walked around enjoying all the fun witches. Check out these pictures from last year and this.

How much can change in a year!! One thing is still true though, when there is something interesting around, JJ wants NOTHING to do with taking pictures.

Thanks for your cute note on our blog. We are so excited, but terrified at the same time. The doctor said that everything looked really good. I have my next appointment on Nov. 7. This was just to make sure everything was okay and to settle my nerves a little. I am 8 weeks tomorrow. It makes me sad looking at your countdown knowing I would be right there with you and now I am starting over at like 238 days! I know it will go fast though!!

He's adorable and seriously has grown up so much. I loved watching him and Porter play a few weeks ago, they are cute little buddies.

I love the "poser" pictures! They are always the best! I feel like everything I did last holiday season falls in the poser catergory because Stock was not old enough to want to go, or even know anything about the pumpkin patch (or how about me standing in line to have my 7 mo old sit on Santa's lap ALL BY MYSELF)...oh well I got some great pix out of it!

I love how big and cute JJ is getting!! And I have to say when is a picture that is taken from a place were you had to buddle up and venture out not a posser picture?!? So I am guilty on all accounts!!! Thats all I do w/ Addi and Grant:o). But those have to be some of the most memerable times because you made the effort to get them. I love going to the pumpkin patches and looking at all the pumpkins and kids running around them. Love all the pics!!!

Great pictures. I've been known to do the same thing--snap pictures for effect. He's growing up so fast! Can't believe it.
