On the Mend.

Some things I loved...

  • Watching Jeremy get teary during the opening sequence of the final day at the Masters today.
  • watching Angela crunch her ice cream cone onthe side of Andy's car after he snuck a lick. (otherwise titled: The Office returns!)
  • Listening to JJ laugh like a grown up and slap his knee during America's Funniest Home Videos tonight.
  • Thanking the heavens that my sweet child was indeed hiding underneath that grumpy sickly exterior.
  • Discussing "The Other Boleyn Girl," with our growing book club, and walking away feeling like I had learned something.
  • Beating the boys at Disney Scene It (thanks for the many "Cars" clips... can't wait to see them at Book club).
  • Applying brand new MAC Make up.
  • Being happy I decided to wear a leotard to yoga during one of like 148 downward facing dogs.
  • Lunch with the girls on Saturday and discussing the decay of the next generation.

In my experience good weekends tend to lead to better weeks. Especially with 70 degree+ weather headed our way!

Sounds like a great weekend! Ours was spent being sick, but I am charged up for the new week! It's gonna be a great one! I am super excited for the warm weather, too!

Here here for warmer weather- we just have to have less sickness and happier attitudes when it's sunny and seventy out!

What would have made your Yoga experience even better is if you would have worn your leotard on the outside of your yoga pants.
Everything else in the 80's is coming back. Why not that?
Glad the little guy is feeling better. Sad I missed the knee slap! That's hilarious!

I loved the office, such an awkward situation. I just wish it would have been a full hour, it seemed short!

I'm loving the weather too, I just hope it doesn't get too hot too fast!

G'day from Australia,

I saw your comment on Mama Geek about wanting photoggraphy pointers.

I've published a lot of posts on this topic, and am always happy to help.

Cheers

David

So glad you're feeling better. Nothing's worse than being under the weather, especially when the weather's nasty. But yeh..."Here comes the sun..."

I am so glad that you and JJ are feeling much better! I hate being sick, but what I hate more then me being sick is when Addi is sick. Sounds like you have a well over due fun weekend! Hope you enjoy the nice weather this week.

I'm 95% sure I can make it to the next meeting! So, if you could send directions my way that would be great! I got the book last night, so I have a lot of reading to catch up on! :)

Don't you just love all those little things that brighten everything?

I love your taste. It comes down to the simple things. Always the simple things (that and good weather which I don't have).

If Jeremy knew you wrote that he would kill you. You will need to pay me to keep quiet.
