Lean Your Ear this Way

JJ sat on Santa's lap last weekend. He got so excited when he saw that red suit and bowl full of jelly. "TanTah!" This picture does not capture his joy, but I never can with my camera.. that is why I am so happy my parents got us a camcorder for Christmas this way I can VLOG all his precious and happy moments.

He also loved the candy Santa brought (shocker) and playing Grandma's piano with his second cousin..

I love that he isn't scared of Santa!

I was going to say the same thing as Linds, all my kids(so far) have been petrified of Santa until they are about 3. I don't really remember Joel having a specific reaction last year. We'll have to see how he does this year.

We are going this Saturday. Love the faux-hawk! Eli saw a kid in our ward with one and had to have it every day for about a week. It's so cute!

I think Porter is going to piss himself if I put him on Santa's lap. I imagine him seeing the same Santa on A Christmas Story...HOOO HOOO HOOO.

JJ is the only kid so far that isn't scared of Santa. He looks like he has lots of musical talent how he bangs on that piano.
I'm excited you are getting a video camera for Christmas, videos for the blog!!! (although our digital still camera is what we use for our blogging videos, it has the video feature)

No worries about the Christmas card, I have very few addresses from the fam, I don't even think my mom has updated ones! Hahaha
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!

JJ is so outgoing and isn't afraid of anything!
He really is such a handsome boy!
I love that the first picture captures what life was really like at the party- with people EVERYWHERE! It was hard to walk around.

What cute pictures (and it looks like he's going to be musical...). It's fun when they're not afraid of Santa (although my kids hold up the line once they get comfortable).

My Mom always told me that the real Santa Claus was at Sears! My sister saw Rudolph's red nose in the sky and I heard his bells down the hall. Yes, JJ. There is a Santa Claus. He looks adorable.
