P is for Pumpkin

Yesterday we went pumpkin picking at the pumpkin patch down the street. JJ loves pumpkins. His grandma Tomsick puts pumpkins all around her yard and he loves o go to each one saying "pump" and trying to pick them up. There is a cute pumpkin patch about one mile from our house and it was fun to watch JJ explore the dirt paths, corn husks, tractors, and pumpkins. It was so much fun. He really thought he knew his way around that big tractor. He put his hands at "10 and 2" and started scooting like "let's get thing going!" I bought a little hay bail and about 6 pumpkins for our front porch and now JJ walks to the front door where he can get a good view of his orangey pumpkin pals and says "pump!, Pump!"

I can't wait to carve them!

Oh my gosh! That tractor picture is so cute.

Speaking of pumpkins we need to make a trip to the patch down the street from our house, Halloween will be here before you know it!

Fun! I'm excited to take Wes on his first pumpkin picking adventure even though he won't appreciate it as much as JJ does!

Please tell me where this pumpkin patch is. I've been looking for a good one to go to as a family & I haven't had much success in finding one.
