For Sale

In our quest to constantly have a stressful project going, we have listed our townhome for sale. It is officially on the market as of today, and I hope to get rid of it soon. The problem is our renter who seems to think that we are running a homeless shelter, not a rental and thinks he can skip out on rent. It iwll be sad to see it go. It is a bit poignant as it was our first home we bought together as a couple. Anyway, here goes nothing.. Goodbye first home.

It is always emotional to get rid of something as big as a home I think. We have been praying and praying that our rental home would sell, but in the back of my mind, I knew that I would be a teeny bit sad when I actually had to say goodbye to it. We accepted an offer over the weekend and I am estatic about it, but a little sad. To me, our rental home represented a little more financial security and that will be gone now, but I'm glad that it has sold and I hope the new owner is happy there.

WE know you want dispair too much when you make a killing on your townhome! We just sold our home in American Fork Utah last August and it kills us everytime we look at Zillow to see how much the market is still appreciating. Great Blog! I wouldlike to link to
and yes boys seem to be mud magnets.

Good luck with the sale! Selling a home - especially a first one - can certainly be emotional! But I bet you'll be happy to be rid of your renter!

i can understand why you are sad, but won't you be happy though to not worry about renters?
